Timothy Childs joined the Board on 29 February 2000.
He is an experienced investor and entrepreneur across a range of sectors including technology companies.
He was a founder and chairman and chief executive of Gatehouse Leasing Limited, a Dublin-based lease finance company, which subsequently became an associate of the Bank of Scotland.
Mr Childs chairs the Company's investment committee which is responsible for approving any proposed acquisition or investment by the Company.
