At an EGM of Netb2b2 today it was agreed that Netb2b2 will change its name to cScape Group plc. In addition Rob Killick has joined the main board of cScape Group plc to help lead its development, as well as continuing his role as CEO at cScape Strategic Internet Services Ltd.

The purpose of these changes is to focus the business on growth and expansion. By making the whole group a cScape brand we are identifying the cScape business of digital services as the core business of the Group and the one we wish to build around.

Rob Killick said, ‘This is a major step forward for the Group. We will be able to offer a deeper well of skills and resources as we take advantage of the efficiencies and opportunities resulting from these new developments.’
